These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the RoReport website and the RoReport Discord bot (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service uses Discord authentication for staff/admin access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and any access you have been granted.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its data, or associated systems.
Abuse rate limits, automate requests, or interfere with normal operation.
Submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

3. Reports, Appeals, and Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, report details, appeal details, evidence links). You grant the Service a license to store, process, and display that content for moderation and support purposes.

4. Roblox and Discord

The Service may integrate with Roblox Open Cloud and Discord APIs. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox or Discord.

5. Configuration and Secrets

If you are an admin, you may configure settings (including API keys) through the dashboard. Do not share secrets. The Service may mask configured secrets in the UI and logs.

6. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
