Discord account information

• Discord user ID, username, global name, avatar (for login/session and staff features).
• Server roles for permissions (staff/admin access).

Reports and appeals

• Text you submit (details/extra fields), case summaries, and status history.
• Evidence links you provide (for example, URLs), and optional uploaded attachments/clips.

Roblox verification (OAuth)

• Roblox user identifier and public profile info returned by Roblox (for example username/display name).
• Verification metadata such as time of verification and last verification IP (for abuse prevention).

Technical data

• Session cookies required to keep you signed in.
• Basic request logs (for example IP address as provided by your host/proxy) for security and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Service (case submission, review, status updates).
• Authenticate users and enforce staff/admin permissions.
• Link Discord users to Roblox accounts when verification is used.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

3. How We Share Information

• With Discord and Roblox as required to perform authentication/verification.
• With your hosting provider and database provider to run the Service.
• With server staff/admins who are authorized to view and process cases.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain case data and verification records for as long as needed to operate the Service and for legitimate moderation/support purposes, unless removed by the Service operator.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
