Required for Roblox Open Cloud ban and unban actions.

How to find your Universe ID

Open the Roblox Creator Dashboard and select your experience.
Look at the URL in your browser.
Copy the number shown after /universes/ or universeId=.

Enable Roblox bans

Allow RoReport to issue Roblox moderation actions through your configured Open Cloud key.

How to create an Open Cloud API key

Open the Roblox Creator Dashboard for your experience.
Go to Open Cloud, then API Keys.
Create a key and scope it to the same experience using the Universe ID above.
Enable the permissions needed for bans and unbans, including user restriction or moderation permissions.
Copy the key once and paste it here. Treat it like a password.

Require reason when notifying users

Automatically open tickets for new cases

If disabled, new reports and ticket-mode appeals stay pending until staff run /ticket open-case.

Prefer white-label bot for panel deployments

When a white-label bot is available for this server, send report and appeal panels from it instead of the main RoReport bot.

Choose how Roblox/game appeal submissions are handled by the bot.

Discord appeals

Discord ban appeals always go to the review/forum flow. Staff can use Open Ticket from the appeal review when a private ticket is needed.

Auto-unban on approval

Automatically unban on Roblox when an appeal is approved.

Target Discord server ID for unban

If set, the bot will also unban users from this server on appeal approval.

Appeal cooldown (minutes)

Minimum time between appeal submissions per user.

Duplicate detection window (minutes)

Window for detecting duplicate appeal content fingerprints.
